Calculator inputs and images
Our calculators process the values you enter in your browser. The image tools read and process the image you select on your device. We do not upload those inputs, results, image files or file names to a server, and we do not include them in our analytics.
The tool search runs in your browser too. Your search text is not sent to our analytics service. The tools do not require an account and do not save your work to a Prontiko account or database.
Website hosting
Prontiko is hosted on Vercel. Like other hosting providers, Vercel processes information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and request times. This is separate from the local processing performed by the tools.
Traffic measurement
When enabled, we use Vercel Web Analytics on our production website to understand which public pages people visit and improve the tools. Its reports include page views, referring websites, approximate location, browser, operating system and device type.
We restrict page-view events to known public pages and remove query strings and URL fragments before sending them. We do not send calculator values, image contents, file names or custom interaction events.
Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies for visitor identification. It uses a temporary identifier derived from a request, with a visitor session discarded after 24 hours. We receive aggregate reports rather than individual IP addresses. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy information for the provider's details.
Email you send us
If you contact hello@prontiko.com, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use Zoho Mail to handle this correspondence and use it to answer your inquiry or investigate your feedback. Avoid sending sensitive information; example values are usually enough to report a bug.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and related follow-up. You can request deletion by emailing us. See Zoho's privacy policy for information about its services.
Cookies, advertising and other services
Prontiko currently has no advertising, payment checkout or marketing email signup. Our tools do not set account or advertising cookies. Hosting and email providers process data under their own policies, and their infrastructure may be located outside your country. Links to other websites are covered by those websites' policies.
